FOUNDED in
1983, NAMFREL has monitored every major election since then as an advocacy group for honesty in elections, as a pollwatching group, and as the accredited organization for carrying out Operation Quick Count. NAMFREL is staffed by a volunteer workforce numbering over 250,000 during elections.
